Spring Blooms | Engagement Session in the LC Valley
Spring will always be my FAV season. All of the gorgeous blooms around the valley; everywhere I turn from my front door, a blooming tree. It just makes my heart sing!
This year, however, has been a bit different. The stay-at-home order that has been put in place with the current COVID situation has definitely put a stop to my plans of sticking cute seniors into blooming trees, photographing excited graduates, and showering happy couples with cherry blossom petals. I was so excited when the governor announced that I could get back out there, as long as I followed proper social distancing protocols and I’ve had a couple clients take me up on it!
This couple reached out to have me shoot their September wedding and I’m over the moon to be able to work with them. Emily and Chance met when Emily took a chance (I’m hilarious, I know) and moved to Boise! They met and instantly clicked. They later got engaged in the Cayman Islands ( j e a l o u s ), and started planning their perfect day!
Emily loves flowers, just like me, so finding locations that fit her vision was easy-peasy!
I was already excited for their wedding day, but I’m so much more excited after getting to spend a little time at their engagement shoot. Here are a few of our fav’s!
And then we skipped off to another fan favorite location, that is SO lush the time of year!
